Every day, people visit our Facebook page, our website, looking for confirmation of their speaking skills. This is a basic desire for most of us, but it also houses one of our greatest fears. It is this contradiction that makes Speak UP! so powerful because it recognises that you have to be seen and heard and yet offers room for the fear that comes with it. Both can co-exist and form the key to ultimate freedom: freeing yourself from shame and doubt, uncovering everything and bringing it to the surface in to the light.
